The 2025 Guilford County Land Use & Retention Summit brings together landowners, farmers, and professionals for a full day of learning focused on farmland preservation, legal tools, land access, and conservation programs. From Heirs’ property to urban agriculture, this summit offers tools, resources, and partnerships to help land stewards protect their legacy and shape the future of Guilford County. Hosted by N.C. Cooperative Extension, this summit offers real solutions to help protect working lands and guide landowners through complex decisions about property and succession.
